Mango Salsa

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe mangos, diced

  • 2 small tomatoes, diced

  • 1 cup fresh cilantro, minced

  • 1 jalapeño, minced

  • 1 large avocado, cubed

  • Juice of 1 fresh lime

  • 2 teaspoons salt

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the diced mangos, diced tomatoes, minced cilantro, and minced jalapeño.

  2. Gently toss the ingredients to blend.

  3. Add the cubed avocado and lime juice, then gently toss again to incorporate.

  4. Season with 2 teaspoons of salt and give everything a final gentle toss.

  5. Serve immediately with your favorite dishes or enjoy as a dip with chips. Disfruta!
