Green Juice
Makes 2 Servings

Ingredients:
5 celery stalks, chopped
1/2 cucumber, chopped
1 handful mixed greens (kale, spinach, arugula)
1 lemon, peeled
1 lime, peeled
1 tbsp. fresh ginger
1 tbsp. fresh parsley
1 tbsp chia seeds
2 tsp. Celtic sea salt
3 cups water
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a blender.
Add the 3 cups of water.
Blend until smooth, adding more water if needed to reach your desired consistency.
Taste and adjust flavor or seasoning as desired.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
