Green Juice

Makes 2 Servings

Ingredients:

  • 5 celery stalks, chopped

  • 1/2 cucumber, chopped

  • 1 handful mixed greens (kale, spinach, arugula)

  • 1 lemon, peeled

  • 1 lime, peeled

  • 1 tbsp. fresh ginger

  • 1 tbsp. fresh parsley

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 2 tsp. Celtic sea salt

  • 3 cups water

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender.

  2. Add the 3 cups of water.

  3. Blend until smooth, adding more water if needed to reach your desired consistency.

  4. Taste and adjust flavor or seasoning as desired.

  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
